We had an very nice stay at a hotel in a beautiful part of the country overlooking Hampton Court Maze. The room was well presented with a comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast the following morning was excellent and the staff were cute and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely and provided excellent customer service. The room was cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with attention to detail. The location of the hotel was great, as it was on a road that led directly to the palace gardens. From the hotel, it only took a few steps to reach the entrance of Bushy Park, and the view from the room overlooked the entrance to the park and the maze. the hotel was conveniently located very close to the Radio Times event in Hampton Court Palace, making it easy to attend.
This caused frustration, especially for guests with a large amount of luggage or mobility issues.
